ABout our sauna

I used to be the kind of person who dreaded winter—until I discovered the hot secret: sauna. Suddenly, the cold wasn’t my enemy, it was my excuse to turn up the heat, sweat it out, and chill in the best way possible.

Whether you’re steaming with friends or kindling new connections, the mind-body-soul benefits are off the charts. And now, as a Dad to little Juniper, I’ve learned that nothing matters more than making warm memories with the ones we love. This sauna is for you, for me and for her.

Firstly, WHY NOT?!

Seriously though, there are so many benefits to sauna that i couldnt possibly list them all, but i will share a few of my favorites:
